Givenchy Beauty Converts Its Roblox Venue to Winter Wonderland

On June 13, 2022, Givenchy Beauty, ventured into the metaverse by creating its own world on Roblox’s metaverse platform. The luxury French fashion and perfume brand built an immersive world featuring a castle, a metro station, a pool, and other interactive areas, created in tribute to the brand’s late founder Hubert de Givenchy, imitating his old home.

With the festive season arriving this year, Givenchy Beauty decided to share the Christmas joy by transforming its world on Roblox into a Winter Wonderland, all the while promoting beauty products from its holiday collection.

About Givenchy

As a world-renowned brand that makes the finest collections of men’s and women’s clothes, fragrances, and more, Givenchy has been sensuously reinterpreting the codes of elegance, sophistication, and femininity since it was founded in 1952 by Hubert de Givenchy. Givenchy’s current aim is to continue its expansion overseas, opening over twenty new stores a year throughout the world, particularly in the United States, the Middle East, Europe, and Asia. A part of its expansion was the immersive world it built in Roblox in June. Givenchy continues to use its gathered intelligence and foreseeing to carry out its expansion plans.

The new look brings the brand’s 2022 holiday collection to life, with snow covering the entire location. The pool is now an ice skating rink, the dance floor an igloo, and a covered-in-snow chalet has been added to the venue as well. Newcomers are even greeted at the entrance by a small husky.

Players are encouraged to customize their avatars with one of five new festive looks, including the multi-finish eyeshadow palette “Le 9.08 Givenchy” from the 2022 Holiday Collection.

Givenchy will also launch a 4G treasure hunt, which will prize the winners with silver padded earmuffs inspired by the packaging of Givenchy’s Prisme Libre and Le Rouge Interdit fragrances. Moreover, users will have the chance to win an exclusive prize by striking a pose with their chosen look on the swimming pool-turned-ice-skating-rink.
