Foursome SM Entertainment’s NFT collection of Aespa K-pop provides fans with access to exclusive content and uncommon opportunities to meet the group in Seoul, together with Web3 artist Blake Kathryn.
Collection NFT, also known as ae girl, will be available from October 13 at 2:00 PM PT until October 21 at 8:00 AM PT. On Sotheby’s NFT’s Digital Marketplace, an auction will be held for it. In his week-long auction, his whole collection is divided into three sections, each on sale for 48 hours.
NFTs come with additional digital art and serve as the owner’s access key. Since it will be accessible to everyone, it can be created indefinitely.
A collection of 32 special and limited edition NFTs of each member of the Aespa group will be included in the second section, “Altars,” of the album (Karina, Giselle, Winter and NingNing). Individual recordings of each participant talking about the digital art will be presented with it. An autographed print of the artist and four of her Aespa members will be included with the initial edition of each altar, which will be sold to the highest bidder.
Dreamspace will be the final and rarest piece. Each Aespa member’s virtual world is intended to be reflected in the work, which is a single-edition piece. Holders of the “Dreamscape” prize package will also get a virtual meet-and-greet with Kathryn, a video recording from Aespa, and most importantly an all-expenses paid trip to Seoul to meet the K-pop trio and see one of their concerts.
K-pop group appears at Coachella
The K-pop group made its debut in 2020 with the track “Black Mamba,” and earlier this year, they appeared at Coachella. The name of the group, which is sometimes written in lowercase, is a combination of the words “avatar,” “experience,” and “aspect,” and each member also has a corresponding digital avatar.
K-pop group Aespa made the metaverse their home in May 2022. The band was assisting in the development of new forms of entertainment through the usage of metaverse technologies.
