In light of the sudden fall in the price of the Bored Ape Yach Club NFTs, Yuga Labs has announced the release of a special “Activation Website” for Meebits that will provide utility to the project and enhance the overall user experience. Furthermore, the project has also announced the release of a 1-of-1 print for each Meebit. 

The New Meebits Activation Website

Meebits showed their concern regarding the full-body 3D voxels stagnating over time as a one-dimensional project. The new activation website, known as MB1, will represent the start of a new journey with Meebits storytelling and community building. The goal of these changes is to enhance community growth, connection and offer an exclusive experience to holders. The MB1 project will be divided into 9 releases from MB1.1 to MB2.0.

Website UI

The new website user interface demands interaction from the user. The first thing that you will have to do is to turn on the switch and activate the website. Once it is done a custom voxel Meebit will welcome and guide you through the first experience. 

The first experience (MB1) allows users to play and dance with their digital characters to the rhythm of AI-generated music. This experience is powered by WarpSound, an interactive AI-based collective founded by the virtual artists Nayomi, DJ Dragoon, Gnar Heart, and GLiTCH.

1-of-1 prints

Enhancing the user experience is not enough, the project has announced that they will provide physical 1-of-1 prints for every holder. The prints will come with a certificate of authenticity and can only be ordered until November 15th. After this period ends, the prints will begin shipping in 3-6 weeks. If you are looking to buy a Meebit from secondary you better watch out, Yuga has announced a website that will allow you to check if the Meebit you are about to buy has already claimed its 1-of-1.
