Microsoft has opted to join forces with Ankr because of its expertise in building solutions that connect developers, users, and applications to Web3.
About Ankr
Ankr is a blockchain-based platform that provides a cloud computing infrastructure for Web 3.0 applications. It allows developers to deploy and run blockchain nodes, decentralized applications (dApps), and other services on a global network of shared nodes powered by idle computing resources.
Ankr uses a Proof of Useful Work (PoUW) consensus algorithm and rewards users who contribute their computing resources with ANKR tokens.
Ankr has partnerships with major cloud providers and is integrated with popular blockchain protocols, like Ethereum and Binance Smart Chain. Its goal is to provide a scalable and decentralized cloud computing infrastructure for Web3 applications.
Microsoft and Ankr to release a node hosting solution
Microsoft will employ Ankr’s knowledge and experience in blockchain technology to achieve its goal of supplying high-performance blockchain connections for Web3 developers.
In a blog post shared by Ankr, the partnership will support organizations that need access to Web3 data with a well-grounded and easy-to-use node hosting service.
Thanks to this partnership, people will be able to launch enterprise-grade blockchain nodes with custom specifications for global location, memory, and bandwidth in terms of unique use cases.
The nodes will easily tracked anywhere and anytime. Usage data and advanced telemetry across more than 38 blockchains will be accessible by enterprise RPC clients.
Optimizing data querying for high levels of speed and reliability will be ready for users.
The existence of different blockchains with serverless functionality utilizing GeoIP, failovers, Caching Rules, and Monitoring is another critical subject.
This service, to be made available on Microsoft Azure, will provide users with an easy-to-access gateway to blockchain infrastructure. The enterprise node deployment services will be a product of Microsoft’s cloud solutions and Ankr’s revolutions in blockchain infrastructure.
Web3 firms and enterprises will be able to make use of this product in deploying smart contracts, relaying transactions, and accessing blockchain data with the combined security, dependability, and performance of Microsoft Azure and Ankr.
The node hosting service will be coupled with custom provisions for blockchain nodes for bandwidth, memory, and location tailored to the user’s needs.
